International orders may or may not be subject to additional customs duties and taxes before delivery. If your local government determines that your order qualifies for import fees in the form of customs duties and taxes, your selected shipping carrier (UPS, DHL, or national postal service) will reach out to collect these fees on behalf of your government before delivery. RETURNS

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. All fine jewelry and customized items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged, as these pieces are made-to-order.

To initiate a return, please email sales@jujuvera.com with your order number to request authorization. Items must be returned unworn or unaltered in any way in original packaging. Please contact us at sales@jujuvera.com with any questions or concerns about your return and for further instructions on the exchange process.

Sterling Silver: We provide a small polishing cloth with each purchase, and recommend you use this cloth to clean off any dirt or tarnish.

Gold Vermeil: We recommend you clean your gold vermeil jewelry using a damp, soft cloth, but make sure to fully dry the jewelry before wearing it. Do not use harsh chemicals, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, as this will affect the finish.
